Saturday 30th June, 10am – 1pm @ Fields of YOGA
Professional Counsellor; Spiritual Care Practitioner; Buddhist Chaplain, and student.
It was wonderful to sit with so many people at the April workshop, and I am delighted to be invited back to facilitate another meditation workshop in June. Come along to this experiential session, focused on Buddhist Meditation. The aim is for you to take away a practice, which is beneficial, and can be incorporated into your everyday life. This workshop is open to all, whether you are an experienced meditator or just starting out. The content will be similar to the one run in April, with a couple of additions. Great for those who attended in April – helping consolidate your practice - and also for those who did not.
Come learn about
· A Buddhist approach to Meditation
· The benefits of Meditation
· Different styles of meditation
· Establishing a daily practice
· Breathing Meditation
· Walking Meditation
· Mindfulness Meditation
· Healing Meditation
Meditation allows us to directly participate in our lives instead of living life as an afterthought
